What can be returned?

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. Any goods supplied in error by Teekays Yarns will be replaced at our cost.

If you receive goods damaged in transit, please keep the damaged packaging and contact us immediately.

Books, patterns, needles/hooks and sale items/yarn are non-returnable unless defective.

Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order. Teekays Yarns cannot be held responsible for missing goods if an incorrect delivery address was provided at the time of order.

We are unable to accept returns of digital patterns once downloaded, unless there is a fault. In the case of a fault with a digital pattern download, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. It is your responsibility to download and check the pattern for faults within this period. Refunds cannot be issued after this time.

When do items need to be returned by?

Please examine all shipments immediately upon receipt. If defective or incorrect merchandise is received, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.

If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 14 days of the initial delivery date. Returns and refunds are not accepted after 14 days of receipt, unless defective. We gladly accept returns for exchange or refund provided the goods are in re-saleable condition in their original packaging.

Shipping for returns

The customer is solely responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and any costs to return exchanged goods. Please choose carefully.
